IIn 1967, Various Middle East S.A.L. was founded in Beirut, Lebanon. The company represents two
Factories, one for the production of welding electrodes and the other for depressed center and flat abrasive cutting & grinding resin discs which initially started in 1978 as a JV with TYROLIT and in the early 80s became a part of Various Middle East S.A.L. The factories manufacture guaranteed high-quality welding and grinding products which are exported to Europe, Africa, and the Middle East markets.

In 1985, Chehab Bros. established CB Italy, an export and import company in Vicenza, Italy, to handle procurement from Italy and Europe to the Middle East and Africa.

In 2003, Chehab Bros. established CB International China in Ningbo, an export company to supply ready and on-demand products to all branches of Chehab Brothers in Lebanon and to other markets.
